The village of Navatu in Kubulau, Bua, is celebrating the completion of a 1.3 km road upgrade funded by the Ministry of Rural and Maritime Development under the CARFF Programme. The $40,000 project benefits 31 households and 148 residents, transforming a previously rough track into a reliable access road.
