The Lomaloma Jetty on Vanuabalavu Island has officially reopened, marking the restoration of a crucial transport link that had been closed since 2021.
This upgrade, driven by the Coalition Government’s commitment to inclusivity, now benefits over 780 residents across 17 villages, providing safer and more reliable access to essential goods, services, and inter-island travel.
More than just an infrastructure project, it represents renewed hope and strengthened connections for the people of Vanuabalavu.
